What if I buy twice?

All orders are reviewed. If we see any type of order issue or duplication, we will be contacting to confirm the order. If there was any accidental of double ordering, we will cancel the order and refund the money.

All return fees are subject to client’s expense.

RETURNS POLICY

All purchases of custom computer(s) are subject to 30 Day Return policy with 10% restocking fee.

Due to the nature of hardware, Xeron vServer model, and water cooling installed computers are unable to be returned.

How long does it take?

We will do our best to build and deliver your computer with in 2 business days.

Due to volume or type of order, it may take up to 30 days before we are able to deliver the computer.

SHIPPING

Due to our location of business local, we only ship within Hawaiian Islands.

For an island other than Oahu, shipments are subject to flat fee of $40 per workstation.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS?

We use PayPal as payment  transaction. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other payment accepted by PayPal is accepted.
