When you face an issue with computer, you are asked to contact the support.
Use our Phone or Contact Form.
Technician will replace the whole computer: by transferring the storage to new computer.
Or
Asked to ship the computer or drop off the computer with us to replace whole computer.
Since you are now using whole new computer, if there are no issues with your Operating system, everything is good to go.
When you face an issue with computer, you are asked to contact the support line
Support will be running through a diagnostic to troubleshoot for what hardware went wrong.
They will schedule an onsite technician to fix the back computer hardware. Or
Asked to ship the computer to their factory.
Technician will work on the computer when the replacement hardware is ready, and replace only the bad hardware.
Most of the time the computer will be in working order after 1~2 hours... and hope that nothing else goes bad.
